@lybrate please follow the trailing tweet. The consultation fees is still not credited and I have had enough of your customer care calls convincing me that the fees would be transferred soon. However, even after 2 months, the status remains same. Clearly looting and fraudulent

@lybrate Inspite of repeatedly complaining and raising the issues, I have not recieved consultation fees of two patients. The only remedy you provide is fake affirmations. I am hereby escalating this matter to consumer forum for purposeful holding of doctors payments.

They are fake and no hospital or doctor consider the booking giving by them... Total fraud.. Please be away from this app and company.. I am trying to connect with this customer care but no one is picking phone.. Fraud ..
