@AlphaTrader21 @ClrBlwrs I think it feels like anxiety but isn’t imo. The symptoms of OI are adrenaline rushes, high HR, sweats, dissociation etc. These mimic anxiety and are often mistaken for it. Yes the symptoms themselves cause anxiety but anxiety is not necessarily the beginning.

@cfs_jo @ClrBlwrs ME/CFS symptoms in itself are source of my worry and also I have seen onset of anxiety physiologically when this condition started. Something related to sleep disturbance, autonomic dysfunction, neuroinflammation causes anxiety.

@ClrBlwrs I now know I’ve had OI since teen years. I chased treatment for anxiety etc for decades. Wasn’t diagnosed until I got ME and found info about POTS on Twitter. Every person saying they have panic/anxiety (with no life event reason) should be tested for OI imo.
