Yesterday a meeting to highlight us banking & mortgage fraud victims was held in Westminster. Was overshadowed by presence of one MP whose own misdemeanors were commented on more than our grievances. Just shows how corrupt the whole system is!!! Will we ever get listened too?

This week, we’ve been helping out with lambing at a friend’s smallholding back where we used to live. The ewes are holding onto their lambs at the moment, but there are a few that have arrived, like this cutie….

We are at Penrallt Garden centre today and tomorrow in Moylgrove, Pembrokeshire. A wide range of pasties, sausage rolls & scotch eggs. Plus you can get all your garden needs as well😃😃😃

Today was one of those really shit days that all livestock farmers hate. An hour to get 1 dead kid out. Totally impossible to get the next one out (also dead). Believe me, we tried so hard but had to call it in the end. Sleep well our beautiful Jigsaw. Fly with the angels 😢🌈

@elliesdairy Arrh Margaret, she moved down to Llanharry, near Cardiff. Many happy times with Kent Goat Club. Is Mary Tyrrell still going strong? We moved west in 2003 so just missed you. Started with goats & KGC in 1976, I was only a toddler of course!!!🤣🤣🤣

@lynncothivalley I think Margaret MacInnes sent it to me - she moved to Wales many years ago. I think the writing on the cover was hers. We got our first 3 kids in 2004 & I was desperate to talk to you about goats - everyone in Kent Goat Club told me about you. But you had just moved to Wales!

@elliesdairy Like this? One of triplets, 2 days & the left hock won't stay in position & splays out. Feeding off Mum okay, biggest kid. Have strapped it but typically it fell off. Had them 'knuckling' on front before but not back???

My two special needs babies 😍. Front one has something very weird going on with her back legs. One at the back is blind in one eye, a bit weedy & was rejected by mum (as often happens with a poorly kid). Both feed well on bottles & snuggle up together for company 🤗
