I just want to pay for a product one time (and only one time), know that it’s going to work flawlessly, press 0 to speak to an operator if I need help, and otherwise be left alone and treated with some small measure of human dignity, if that’s not too much to ask anymore.

Off we go then for another week of this endless nonsense. Speaking to my middle son last night that got back in contact, he works for a County Council as support for adults with disabilities. A dad of two sons himself, he’s also studying for a degree to become a social worker. 👍

@stephenkeeler Well done to get the motivation again and restart. I’m in a similar position although restarting irregularly with slow 45 min 5k. You inspire me to get going!

When you’re in your mid-70s and you don’t run for nearly 4 months, getting started again is agony, the most darling of agonies. Just done my second 60-min run in a week. I’ll pay for it tomorrow but I’ll go again on Tuesday or Wednesday and - with luck - be daily again by April.

Time will tell, but we could have the makings of the best UK Prime Minister we've had in years.
And time is what our Prime Minister needs right now.
An enormous task ahead of him for sure.

Today out of the blue, I heard from my middle son after 5yrs of not speaking to me! He’s a dad of two sons himself now, that was us on a campsite in the South of France 🇫🇷 in 1997! I’ve got to be up at 4am in this truck, but I don’t care now because he’s made my day! ❤️
