I promised we would fix our broken railways. Today Southern, Thameslink, Great Northern and Gatwick Express return to public ownership. Run for the public good, not private profit. This Labour government is putting passengers first.

@Beyazkanteyedek @UtdMaI The table you’re looking at is what it would look like after today’s games have been played. Currently Spurs are on 38 and Weet Ham 36. Maths is fine.

Can someone explain this? If Spurs draw tomorrow and West Ham win, they’ll finish on the same points. Since both won one H2H game each, who stays in the Premier League then?

@suzl84 @premierinn It’s because of people paying these premium prices for some events that your £45 nights can be subsidised.

Hey @premierinn I’m all for supply and demand but charging this for 2 nights in a hotel I’ve previously paid £45 a night for is actual insanity and absolutely disgusting!!

@zarahussain999 How is it an awful day for British Politics. Are you suggesting that citizens shouldn’t have a democratic right to vote if they don’t align to your beliefs? That’s a very dangerous statement to make and shows contempt to the population.

@LexhamInsurance Hi, can you explain why you’ve just cancelled my daughters bike insurance with no warning or communication at all leaving her uninsured. All payments including one 7 days ago have been taken.

@BrightonIndy Don’t waste your time with the clickbait. Hardly the FA ‘releasing a statement’ but more a copy/paste of a post they made on X

@BurnsideWasTosh @BBCNews Don’t mention free money. Labour will take it off you and give it to those who have no interest in bettering themselves all the time there’s no incentive to.

@NinjaKitchenUK Does anyone monitor your eBay account. I sent a message regarding an issue with a product 2 days ago and it’s not even been acknowledged yet.

@CWUnews Most of them put them up for sale on eBay or marketplace so it’s not like they will use them for their own personal use. It just means they can’t gain as much when they try to capitalise on something the company DON’T have to do at all for the staff.

Every year as recognition of the work undertaken by Postal Workers across the UK, they are given Christmas stamps by Royal Mail. This year, for the first time those stamps are second class. If ever there was a message that summed up how they feel about our members this is it.

@PocketSergeant @rawlimark “A cop now under investigation by PSD, for what? A comment” Yet the police are able to go and question/intimidate people about comments they have made. Can’t have your cake

“Management advice at best…” That’s what I thought when I saw this story. A cop now under investigation by PSD, for what? A comment. We’re living in a time where anyone with a smartphone can point a camera in a police officer’s face and call it “auditing.” Wannabe journalists are pushing boundaries and hoping for a reaction. Years ago, that kind of behaviour would’ve been dealt with quickly. If someone was getting too close, obstructing, or trying to provoke they’d get one warning. Then they’d be locked up. Now, officers are expected to smile through it. To stay calm while being filmed, baited, and shouted at, even when they’ve just dealt with something traumatic, or are heading straight into another high-stress job. We need national guidance on how to deal with this because it’s getting out of hand. The officer in that video looked frustrated. I get it. In my view? A quiet word from her inspector would’ve been enough. Management advice, not an investigation. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@waitrose I get you try and discourage your drivers from harsh braking and accellaration by monitoring thier driving style but it only encourages this type of dangerous mindset where they aren't prepared to stop for fear of being debriefed on return.

@m1cksacc @TfL Your fastest option looks to be the 07:57 London Overground service to Willesden Junction, then change to another London Overground service to Stonebridge Park.

@m1cksacc Unfortunately I'm not able to advise on particular reasons why as there may be a variety of reasons why it's not available at this time. @TfL may be able to advise, as it's their services and customers affected by the incident.
