It’s insane to me that it’s 2020 and racism and oppression still exists. We can send people to space, communicate over vast distances, make buildings reach the clouds but we can’t seem to understand that all people are just people. These injustices need to stop. #BlackLivesMatter
@ouraring Love the ring! However, ever since updating the firmware on my ring, its battery life lasts less than 24 hours now. It used to last for like 3 days. Any way for me to go back to the old firmware?
On the left we have my cholesterol reports from last year when I was 28 and on the right my results at 29. The second test was taken a year later from the first test and it’s safe to say, I’m only getting younger 😁
@whsource@Smark_phd Very true, the studies come from nutrition science. I just wish there was more recognition of it. Big fan by the way! I enjoy watching the conversation unfold.
@M40A3Predator@Smark_phd Well they are ignorant or stubborn if they don't acknowledge that it can have benefits for weight and glucose control. But the hundred studies themselves come from nutrition research, so I don't think we can paint with a broad brush.
The #LCHF movement is redefining how we think about diet & chronic disease. The #Carnivore 's are kicking out the foundational understanding of nutritional adequacy. And nutrition science seems hell-bent on ignoring both movements - what the heck are nutrition scientists doing ?
Men able to do more than 40 push-ups had a 96% reduced risk of CVD events compared with those able to do less than 10 push-ups. Push-up capacity had a stronger inverse association than aerobic fitness estimated by a submaximal treadmill test. 👏@Stefokalinews.harvard.edu/gazette/story/…
