@keelyllew They said that to me even though I sent to Liverpool originally apparently the reason it takes so long to upload supporting documents is because gets shifted to Durham but because I wanted an upgrade said you go to your nearest office being for me Peterborough

@m46263683 I spoke to the progress department yesterday and they said the paper work has been moved to Durham for some reason. So I emailed the upgrade team there and they sent an email back saying they are prioritising by travel date and will be in touch as soon as possible.

@m46263683 I’ve just spoken to processing and they’ve sent everything to Durham now. I’ve emailed them for an upgrade and had an email back to wait for a phone call. I can’t see us going to be honest

@Andrew_Nunn117 @HM_Passport What office are you at Andrew? I emailed them to say I was happy to collect (when it was still processing) and drove to Peterborough yesterday to collect. I fly next week so was desperate like you but was being processed at Durham

@HM_Passport Thank you Sarah, is there any way you can help me? I’m due to travel on 1st May. Peterborough office have acknowledged my travel date on 23/04/22 with a “what happens next email” but I’m yet to receive a phone call to make payment and travel up for an appointment. Please help

@O2 I bought stereophonics tickets for Saturday 18th of December for cardiff on Thursday night through o2 priority booking, yet I’ve had no email of confirmation and there’s nothing in my priority to say that I’ve booked them. Thanks
