Before I ever converted, I was a Catholic who read the Bible closely, and I couldn’t ignore what it said. God made a covenant with Israel, not metaphorical, not replaceable, not expired. Becoming Jewish didn’t create my belief in Israel, it confirmed it. Zionism, to me, isn’t political first, it’s biblical, it’s historical, it’s the story of a people and a promise that never disappeared, no matter how many tried to erase it. I got stuck in the middle of one of the idiotic CCP funded No Kings protests with my kid in this morning. First of all it was 15 people. They were all white and over the age of 65 and lastly, if you continue to walk around with signs that say No Kings, you look like an idiot. Literally no one was under the age of 65 in the whole crowd.
