I had to fact check this, but it looks like this is correct - the IAEA said they were adhering to the deal. I would be curious to hear the response that got cut off in the clip. It’s surprising to read that the administration itself certified adherence twice in 2017 before withdrawing in 2018. The issue seems like it was the nature of the deal, not whether it was being adhered to. I’m not an expert in this saga though.
