This was a big week! I passed two bills to make New Yorkers healthier and safer AND passed my balcony solar bill, The SUNNY Act, through committee. 🥳🥳🥳

My bill, No Toxics Tent Act, passed the Assembly! This bill removes the outdated requirement that tents include toxic and unnecessary fire retardant chemicals. NY is the last state in the country to have this requirement. Just in time for a healthier camping season! 🏕️
