Could any Gibson Assembly peeps help me out? I'm currently trying to assemble 4 PCR-amplified fragments (2923 bp, 714 bp, 500 bp and 1267 bp), but no luck. One of the fragments is a TcR marker, so my new construct should be TetR. Any tips/suggestions? #AcademicTwitter
