Agree with a lot of RFKJ’s stances, esp. a cleaner food system. However, if anyone can show me cold hard facts that GMO’s are damaging health I’d love to see it. With an ever growing population, there is an insane demand increase of food, fuel and fiber. Not possible w/o GMO’s.

Wheat was the one US crop that was always non-GMO, because the US exports $6 billion/year in wheat, and our biggest buyers refused the GMO version. Yet last week, FDA and USDA approved an Argentine-develped GMO wheat strain for the United States. Were US consumers, or wheat growers, given a say? Will we lose foreign markets and risk our health, yet again? Let’s make America healthy again.  Increasing GMO foods is going in the wrong direction.

THE LIE: The border security bill was mainly for border security. THE TRUTH: JD Vance is correct, the border security bill had almost nothing to do with securing the southern border and was filled with billions of dollars of ‘junk.’ The so-called “border bill” included 372% more of funds to non-border-related items. Here are some of the items included in the bill that do not affect border security: • $60.06 billion to support Ukraine in its fight against Russia. (Roughly 3x more than what the border security would receive.) • $14.1 billion in security assistance for Israel. • $2.44 billion to support operations in the U.S. CENTCOM and address unrest and combat expenditures in the Red Sea. • $10 billion in humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza and the West Bank, Ukraine, and other populations caught in conflict zones across the globe. • $4.83 billion to support Indo-Pacific allies and deter Chinese aggression • $2.33 billion to continue support for Ukrainian refugees displaced after the war against Russia. • $400 million for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program in aid to help nonprofits and places of worship enhance their security. TOTAL: $94.460 billion US taxpayer dollars going to non-border crisis-related endeavors.

@bigyieldscorn I would highly recommend getting ahold of a @BecksHybrids PFR book. It does a great job of showing ROI for all of the “foo-foo” products and practices and whether they’re beneficial to a farm. It’s a great read, even if one doesn’t utilize anything from it on their own farm.

I normally don’t say to much on here about growing crops, but it really irritates me when I see guys talking about or promoting foo-foo juice and getting a 20-30 bushel increase…. If these products really work why are we not growing for an average 300+ bushel corn and 120+ beans

Yes, I saw President Trump’s Truth Social post. It’s an unfortunate move by his campaign advisors, I don’t think friendly fire is helpful. Donald Trump was the greatest President of the 21st century, and I’m not going to criticize him in response to this late attack. I’ve met tens of thousands of Iowans across 390+ events here, and they are deeply worried - and so am I - that this “system” won’t allow Donald J. Trump anywhere near the White House again. It seems they will stop at *nothing* to keep him away from power. I’m worried for Trump. I’m worried for our country. I’ve stood up against the persecutions against Trump, and I’ve defended him at every step. I showed up at the Miami courthouse in solidarity following his first federal indictment. I filed a FOIA demand to the Biden DOJ. I submitted an amicus brief this week with the U.S. Supreme Court calling on them to overturn Colorado’s ruling. I pledged to remove myself from Maine’s & Colorado’s primary ballots if they remove Trump, calling on DeSantis and Haley to do the same. But we have to open our eyes. Last time it was a man-made pandemic & Big Tech election interference. Now, the same billionaires funding the lawsuits against Trump are the ones trying to prop up Nikki Haley. The same MSM blasting Trump is lavishing praise on Nikki. They want to narrow this to a two-horse race between Trump & Haley, eliminate Trump (one way or other), & trot their puppet into the White House. We can’t fall for that trap. 1 year from now, we won’t look back and say we were shocked that it happened. We’ll kick ourselves for not stopping it. Our movement must live on. America-First didn’t start in 2016. It started in 1776. We owe it to our Founding Fathers to do the right thing for our country. I want to save Trump & to save this country. Let’s do it together. You won’t hear any friendly fire from me.
