@3mJamal @mabrrramsky The kaz era posting and listing numbers were not approximations, they were just wildly off which is why someone updated them to more than double what they were 24 hours ago. Also fed funds rate and average mortgage were fixed. I want the tracker to be great.

This is a feature, not a company. You can’t scale one piece of the value chain in isolation. Google is eating AI because they own the full stack - chips to consumer. Same logic applies to real estate. Whoever owns search + mortgage + title + closing + capital wins. That’s the Opendoor 2.0 thesis

@DGretta_Author This is like calling Shopify ‘just a website builder’ in 2015. Opendoor 2.0 is building mortgages, title, insurance the full home transaction stack. iBuying becomes the customer acquisition flywheel, not the whole business.

Hi @nejatian, I'd like to point out a couple of things. $OPEN 1. You’ve repeatedly said you don’t talk about products before they’re released. You said the same to Vlad on the last earnings call RE: tokenization. Yet the mortgage product was announced early. Q: What made you deviate from that framework? 2. You’re saying all the right things, and I love it. However, the stock is lower today than when you joined, which means shareholder value has declined during your tenure (so far). Q: For the folks that are getting nervous out there, what's your message? I’m simply doing what you’ve asked us investors to do: Hold y'all accountable.

We live in a world of instant gratification now with overnight or same day Amazon delivery, prime video stream on demand, minute by minute updates on pizza delivery, FedEx detailed tracking, so the shareholders of $OPEN are getting fatigue at watching the stock go red like 90% of the days bouncing from $6-7 just to drop sub $6. I know the psychology, it’s hard to keep morale up and there’s so much “let’s go $OPEN army” message one can view while stock goes down, it’s like watching a football game and you’re cheering but the team is not scoring. with that being said, the $OPEN team is working hard so a little patience is needed, easier said than done I know, I am looking forward to the next earnings report and this might make or break it for some investors. I guess any small bit of news from management is appreciated so thanks. The fact the ceo is responding to x posts is definitely a good thing. Ps my enthusiasm level is still there but at all time low. This is not an easy stock to hold for sure.

I am totally open to criticism. Feedback is a gift. But this one is not reasonable. Any one who has launched a lending product would tell you that it is not a thing done in two weeks. I am nearly certain we will break records in terms of how fast we launch our mortgage products. But it will take more than two weeks.
