Donald Gilstrap is accused of punching a dog in the ribs while bathing it and then hitting it on the back. Linda Gilstrap is facing two counts of animal mistreatment. Donald Gilstrap faces one count of the same charge. A former employee, who is staying anonymous, said she recorded the alleged abuse specifically to report it.
