What that means is that this chart will always roll to the front month contract with the most volume, which right now is August crude. There is a gap on the chart from when the Iran war originally started at 67.85. You'll want to keep an eye on Aug crude to see if that gap gets filled.

I’m not doing the post myself , but instead sharing a post by one of my all time heroes about my me of my current heroes who lost focus and became embroiled in an Ego battle on Sunday in our defeat to Man City. It’s a great post and really captures the sense of Ego v Process.
If we are going to win the title, and the odds in my view have become low, then Gabrielle and the rest of the Team are going to have to accept this loss and failure, Let Go, Reset and Move-on (see my post yesterday) !!!

A source close to a senior player admits Rosenior is yet to carry quite the same aura Pochettino and Maresca had in the dressing room, but there is an acknowledgement that he has only been at the helm for three months.

Yes, this is accurate. A couple things worth noting though. The ARB partnership came about *after* this was written, so the contract between the trader and ARB is separate from what we do to support the trader on our side. The first withdrawal piece is true regardless. We supplement that regardless of the ARB contract. That’s how it works.
On the 80/20 that was the original structure and still applies to every senior trader. We’ve since introduced a scaling plan where you can hit 80/20 faster depending on performance. The page needs updating to reflect the current nuance but nothing there is inaccurate.

An example of increasing your size without increasing your risk. What we call stacking a target in @ThePAXGroup. I sold 6930 and put a scratch stop in when the market gave me a point of protection. Then I sold more at 6928, was filled at 28.25. Moved stop to scratch on the 28s and paid for the trade using the micros. 28s wound up scratching out but the 30s were good for another 15 pts.
