@BSTHydePark Have just read you are not allowing chairs. Eagles tickets were bought as a present for elderly parents who cannot stand for hours and will no longer be able to go. Very disappointed, will not buy tickets again.

@NFLUK @TicketmasterUK @NFL Today's season ticket process was shambolic! Got onto site but couldn't purchase my as review page wouldn't load! Have attended every London game, disgusted with experience! Unbelievable, in 2019 ticket booking experience is still so shocking!

Cancelled morning flight...now stuck on runway at Heathrow for over 2 hrs with mechanical issue on the rescheduled flight.. looking like I'll miss the @NHLBlackhawks game this eve...main reason I'm travelling to Chicago...great start to trip!...thanks @AmericanAir !!!
