New post that’s more clear. OG customers, loyalty means everything to me. I made a promise not to sell more shirts until I deliver yours, and your orders are in production right now. We are moving a million miles a minute. The demand for the belts has been bigger than expected and the production estimates are starting to push timelines for the end of March order. So I have two options. Option 1 Limit belt production and keep everything for order #2 on the original schedule. Would limit production and still track to May for that order. Option 2 Open a belt only window this weekend, then reopen the full collection at the end of the month. This keeps the belts from delaying anything with the SECOND order or the belts arriving much later the order #2. Order #1 will not be impacted by this decision. The belts are a separate product, so I personally feel okay about this. I am not asking anyone to spend more money on something they already bought and have not received. That said, I have talked a lot about transparency and trust. If any of my original customers object, please weigh in. It matters to me to do right by you. Again, opening belts up will have ZERO impact on your original order. They are completely separate factories. What do you think?
