Hey Andrew. This route involves other operators so if your tickets are Advance with us, then they won't be valid with the connection in Manchester. There's significant changes to our timetable on 2 January due to strike action and engineering work on our route. I would strongly recommend that you travel either side if possible, your current tickets are valid between 30 December to 4 January - Lauren
Along with other train operators, our services will end earlier than usual on Christmas Eve (24 December) 🎅
We won't be running any services on 25 or 26 December, but we're back on Friday 27 December.

@HolidayExtras We made to bookings for a stay at MAN airport prior to our family holiday with ‘free cancellation’. Today we have just had an email to confirm that despite selecting the refund option you are only providing a voucher!! This is not acceptable and is a change to the agreed contract
