If you are digging her doctors out, can’t you help her access her spot? We receive zero assistance from the government to manage the life of our profoundly disabled child. In this extreme event, we are asking for assistance, or at least to borrow a plow.

We put in the formal service request yesterday as advised and were told someone would help. Called operator to provide more detail and she was adamant they could not help.

From today's media briefing: If there is more than 3 or 4 inches of snow on the street, then it probably hasn't been plowed, and we would appreciate you letting us know that through 311 and being very specific in your service request whether the street has been plowed or not.
