What was the system you first played #Lemmings on? Since I was making levels for it on the #Amiga, that was my first platform.... Which of the 29 platforms do you first play it on? Or was it an "unofficial" port on a new platform?

@peteralexbizjak @Merocle It’s not the load that’s big with Apple platform dev, it’s the requirement of singular Xcode environments for each worker. In our setup we have minis running VM Jenkins workers for better density and flexibility. Also a remote switching power rail for bouncing hosts.

@Merocle Does CI/CD really require that much processing power? I mean... I guess if that's your business, but just how much pressure do you put these machines under?

@ID_AA_Carmack This is what roborace was suppose to be and then it just sorta died off. IIRC, it was going to be a support series to Formula-E.

There might be value in aggressively running self driving cars on race tracks. Once upon a time, “racing improves the breed” was actually true, and it could be again. Behavior at the limits would be uncommon on the streets, but I suspect there would be some domain transfer.

I don’t understand why people are getting excited about apps or websites using video feed from *your camera* to render the UI. I get people over share online way too much, but privacy anyone?

@macshome @F1 Yeah my F1TV is just the loading screen, has been that way for hours today. I am not expecting to get to watch this race today.

Still can’t get verification emails from @f1 so I tried the support chat.

@PunkSmurph @F1 The solution was that the email was verified but the app didn’t know that somehow. Loggin out and back in got me going.
