🚨 Inbetweeners Star James Buckley’s EPIC Council Tax RANT
Councils hit us with hikes year after year, then slap on extra charges for shit that used to be covered—like garden waste collection—while services get worse, potholes multiply, and bins rot uncollected.
“Don’t f*cking start that shit”
“Why are you f*cking taking more money off me and doing less?”
“What the f*ck is going on.”
Spot on, Jay. We’re getting rinsed twice over: higher bills for the basics, then pay-per-service on top.
It’s blatant daylight robbery dressed up as “efficiency” or “green initiatives.”
Councils are bloated, priorities are screwed, and taxpayers are the suckers picking up the tab.”

@realrikkidoolan Do you really think the FA will actually do anything here?

A Restore Britain Government would immediately legislate to ensure that if an intruder breaks into your home and threatens your family, what happens to them is their problem.
A criminal attacks your children, and a fight ensues?
Injury, or even death, follows?
You will not be prosecuted. The law will be on your side.
We have a comprehensive policy document ready to be published - we will outline exactly how the law can be changed, and exactly how we can enhance the rights of decent British citizens. It will be released very soon.
But we are very clear.
An Englishman's home is his castle.
Restore Britain would overhaul the law to reflect that.

@Marcus___007 Same same here buddy, Rupert is a class act but to get Labour out it needs to be a calculated vote.

I've been living in the shadows today. I've been scrolling through my timeline, looking, reading and taking stock of the debate about Reform and Restore.
From small accounts, the big accounts and what some might call the usual suspects.
It's interesting that when you don't engage, but just read posts and more importantly, the replies, you can kind of see the direction of travel.
For those that follow, or know me, my kind of X posting style is either funny, whimsy, sharp (I'd like to think) or throw away comments that might make my own mum blush.
But one thing is a constant, my absolute hatred of this current Labour party (with the exception of Rosie Duffield) and most of my posts try to hammer that home.
I feel I'm often raging against the machine and in my little corner of X, from the people I follow and the replies I often get, it seems I'm not alone.
I cannot wait until the next GE because I believe, with all my heart, we can get these traitorious Labour filth out.
Until yesterday, it seemed the only way to do this was to vote Reform. Many might have to hold thier nose as they placed their X on the ballot form, but to me, that was the only way.
Then along comes Restore. Wow.
But then, for me, a dilemma.
I love Rupert Lowe. I dislike Farage.
But for me, I HAVE to vote for a party that will unseat the cancer of Labour. That is all that is important to me.
I honestly believe that Rupert and his party cannot get ready over the next 3 years.
That in no way calls into question his honesty, his beliefs or where he wants to be.
It's just a statement of fact.
I have zero problem with friends or accounts that now cleave to Restore, we all want the same thing. I'm not going to argue with people who are on the same side, but for me, I have to be realistic.
So I will vote for Reform at the next GE. But I will watch how Lowe and Restore grow during that time. Or not, as the case may be.
Finally, I'm not politically homeless and moving forward, I now have the opportunity to watch 2 parties that align with my views. And that can only be a good thing.
I await the abuse. I'm ready.

Right folks, brace yourselves…
Let’s talk about these Ramadan lights, so celebrated by the Mayor of London.
These are in place for an entire month. And then they are turned into the Eid lights for an extra week.
They are funded by Aziz Foundation. This is run by Asif Aziz. He is a “former burger flipper” who is a now a property billionaire (don’t ask how). He is under investigation for setting up Isle Of Man companies, buying pubs, banks and nurseries and then converting them to flats or hotels.
He is also in trouble for providing rat infested flats and for charging ultra premium residents for services that he never even provided.
He bought the Trocadero, the iconic famed music and dance hall, which will be partially converted into one of the largest “prayer spaces” in London. He is no longer calling it a mosque because people complained.
And guess what? The Labour government has also given millions to an organisation founded by Asif Aziz to root out “Islamophobia”.
What a slimy slippery topic this is.

London’s Ramadan Lights are shining once again in the West End. A beautiful celebration of the holy month and a reminder that our city is a beacon of hope, unity, and inclusivity. A city where diversity is a strength, and where everyone is loved and wanted ✨💛

I want to put on the record my sincere thanks to @KemiBadenoch for following and supporting our Rape Gang Inquiry.
A number of Conservative MPs have attended, and I want to thank each and every one of them - particularly @EstherMcVey1 who has done so much work behind the scenes helping us put it all together.
Luke Myer, a Labour MP, also took the time to attend our inquiry. He did not have to do it, he knew he was probably going to get criticised. But he came, and he listened.
I have immense respect for that.
The Northern Irish patriots were of course supportive, and @carlalockhart sat on the panel for one day. Again, it's appreciated.
@AndrewRosindell from Reform backed our motion on trafficking, as did one Lib Dem MP. @JMcMurdockMP has also provided a huge amount of support.
The next steps are now this.
We still have a huge amount of evidence and testimonies that is to be released, and that will be done over the coming weeks.
Survivors came to tell their story, and we will help them do that in a safe and secure way.
The drafting of our report is already underway - that will take several weeks. I will update you all when I know more.
A target list for private prosecutions and civil litigation is being drawn up. This I am particularly determined about.
We will also be looking to push changes in the short term. I will have an update about this next week.
Our plan is to reopen our evidence submission portal so that more survivors can come forward - we will help them tell their story. If you have messaged us, keep in touch and it will be available soon.
Lots done, but there is so much more to do.
Our inquiry team are taking a rest this weekend. It is very well deserved.

Very tediously the usual Leftie race-baiters on here think that they're having an "Aha!" moment apparently exposing me as both a hypocrite and a racist because they found a 12-year-old tweet. Sigh.
To save answering every query individually, here you go:
The tweet was posted in November 2014 as an audience question for a phone-in on LBC. It asked whether Lewis Hamilton could be a great British sporting hero when he was also a tax exile in Monaco. This was a subject of debate in the British media at the time.
I honestly can't even remember what my view was back then but, apparently, asking this question is PROOF that I judge black Britons who become tax exiles more harshly than I judge white Britons for doing the exact same thing because I don't have an issue with Jim Ratcliffe being a tax exile in Monaco and also voicing an opinion on our economy and immigration policy.
But these are two entirely different scenarios.
Lewis Hamilton wraps himself in the Union flag after F1 races yet he doesn't pay taxes here - and hasn’t done for most of his career as he left Britain when he was 22.
Jim Ratcliffe, on the other hand, built up a business in the UK, creating jobs and living here for his entire working life, paying huge sums in tax here for many years. He didn’t leave Britain until he was 68. And he doesn’t wrap himself in the Union flag or get treated as a great British hero.
But according to my critics, the only difference between these two men is their skin colour and therefore that MUST be why I view them differently.
Isn't it strange how the Left is so obsessed with race that it's all they can see?
Didn't we used to have a word for people who could only see people for the colour of their skin? 🤷🏻♀️

The two-week hearings for the Rape Gang Inquiry have now come to an end, but our work is far from over. We will now focus on the report and on bringing people to account.
A huge thank you to everyone on the team for their hard work, to those who have provided financial support, and, of course, to the people who have worked with us and shared their testimony. The bravery and strength of survivors never cease to amaze me.
Thank you to Rupert Lowe for setting up the inquiry and appointing me as lead. It has, of course, had its challenges, but it has already been an experience that will remain with me for the rest of my life.
It absolutely sickens me that so many people have turned a blind eye to such evil inflicted upon children. The evidence we will be publishing in our report will shake our country to its core, and there is no doubt in my mind that this is, and continues to be, the biggest scandal in our history.@RupertLowe10 @rapeganginquiry
