@GMB Having worked in hospitality for 35years, the tablet is the only thing to stop the majority of children in restaurants becoming feral. Before tablets children would run around restaurants putting themselves and the other guests in harms way and generally disrupting everyone

A woman online has complained after her dinner out was ruined by children on the table next to her making lots of noise on their tablets. Should kids' devices be banned at restaurants or should we sympathise with parents attempting to keep them entertained?
