Some good foodie news - Coles has cut salt levels in their bakery range. Their bread now contains 274mg sodium per 100g. Down from 375mg/100g in 2019. "It won’t impact the taste" "Customers had hardly noticed" Proof that it can be done - nice to see reformulation in action!
