Union Minister for Finance & Corporate Affairs Smt. @nsitharaman chairs the 12th Pre-Budget Consultation with the experts and stakeholders from the #Urbanisation sector in connection with the forthcoming Union Budget 2026-27, in New Delhi, today. The meeting was also attended by Secretary @MoHUA_India; the Chief Economic Adviser to the Government of India, and senior officials of @FinMinIndia.

Pratibha Syntex, an MSME in Indore, tackled this by using a continuous tumbler dryer to cut GHG emissions and water use. Instead of layoffs, they reskilled their staff, ensuring a smooth, people-centered transition. #SustainableTextiles #GreenTransition #WomenInTextiles (2/2)

Adolescents account for 20.9% of the total population of India. Through the 'Safe, Vibrant and Healthy Public Spaces' project, under the @FondationBotnar Healthy Cities for Adolescents (HCA) Program, we are working to give voice to adolescents needs in terms of public spaces.

In 2021, @WRIIndia partnered with Delhi Traffic Police (@dtptraffic), @DelhiPwd and @TransportDelhi to improve road and pedestrian safety at the Delhi Gate intersection. In April 2021 put together a new trial design to address issues we found at Delhi Gate.
