@jonty I've got the Shokz. I find them extremely comfortable and often end up wearing them all day. Based on your other replies I now suspect I have exactly the same sized head as their designer.

I've moved. I have no furniture. I have a lot of DIY to do. I should be saving money for all that... So it makes total sense so give in to an ebay whim 🤦‍♀️

@crennsmind I once had a power provider try to over charge me $1000 per month for 3 months running (2 of them while I was arguing with them!) So no, no direct debit for me.

@crennsmind I'd say the voltage drop is more than I'd like and it's running super slow. I pulled 13.8v from the board too, so I can try using a DC-DC drop tuned to 5.2v.

Today's challenge is finding out if there's 5V here that's stable enough to run the notoriously finicky Raspberry Pi 3.

🌼 There are just a few days left to see Donna Kendrigan's surreal work, Season of the orchid, in our Handmade Universe exhibition. Donna's botanical characters act out a scientific discovery made in 1927 by self-taught naturalist, Edith Coleman. Visit: slv.vic.gov.au/handmade

@witnessmenow I always figured that meant the battery overvolt protection was built in to the cable.

Well this has me curious. It looks like a standard micro USB cable, but the light stays on when I use one I already have. Some investigation needed!
