@EE @EE for clarification this was the main inbound call handlers not the bereavement/life events team who were brilliant! They also raised a complaint as they couldn’t believe it. So insensitive.

@EE your agents need much better training when it comes to bereavement! Absolutely abhorrent service this morning! “Why do you need to speak to a bereavement team…you don’t have an account-I’ll need to speak to the account holder” my mother is dead so can’t come to the phone!

£150 on train tickets to try to get across the country to my dying mum and @AvantiWestCoast trains are so full people like me are sat on the floor outside the toilet for the entire duration of the journey. As if this wasn’t a hard enough journey as it is!
