NEW: Canadian curling star Marc Kennedy claims he was set up by "premeditated" cameras to catch him "in an act" of cheating. The Canadian curling team is now claiming to be victims after they were caught on camera 'double-touching' the stone. "They have come up with a plan here at the Olympics, as far as I know, to catch teams in the act at the hog line," Kennedy said. "This was planned... it was kind of evident that something was going on, and they were trying to catch us in an act." Kennedy and Coach Paul Webster accused Sweden of setting up cameras to catch them cheating. "I know we’re not the only team that they’ve done that to. So I think this was, I don’t know what the word is for that, but like a premeditated plan to try to catch us," Kennedy said. Sweden is firing back at Canada, saying they've been sounding the alarm on alleged Canadian cheating for seven or eight years. "We've been saying this for maybe seven, eight years or something. The media crew decided to place the camera on the hog line to see what was happening..." said Niklas Edin of Sweden.

The wait is almost over. The first R2 variant, featuring dual motors and all-wheel drive, launches this spring. We’ll be sharing full details—pricing, options and more—on March 12. That’s just 4 weeks and 2 days from today. But who’s counting? *Prototype vehicles shown. Final design, equipment and accessories for actual production vehicle may differ.

They may not always travel in packs, but sightings of R2 are on the rise as hundreds of production-intent builds roll off our pilot line and hit the road for real world testing and final validation!

I found that I needed to push accelerator too many times to keep the speed what I want and constant. FSD did faster/slower (by 5mph on average) makin cars behind me to change lane to overtake and then my car FSD wanted to get a head. Staying with set speed - like normal autopilot would be perfect.

About speed… In the US, if you drive at the speed limit, it’s sometimes more dangerous than keeping up with traffic I use Tesla’s recommended offset setting (+40%), which lets FSD adjust to the flow That’s the safest way to blend in IMHO

🚘 Driving 5,000 miles solo across America, mostly on Tesla FSD v12 And I’m not done yet From NYC traffic to winding highways and country roads and even mountain tops, I’ve tested it in nearly every condition This is my honest review of FSD v12.6.4 on HW3. The good, the amazing…and the parts that still worry me A thread 🧵

@KRoelandschap I had 2x the case when FSD (2021 Y) tried to get into the shoulder on right, close to the edge of either metal or concrete barrier. Needed to intervene. It was on 1700 miles roadtrip as I was testing FSD.

Highways, oddly enough, still have quirks 🚧 The biggest issue: FSD will sometimes steer into express lanes that are closed, even with multiple “CLOSED AHEAD” signs and cones visible I’m always supervising, but it’s alarming how stubbornly it tries to enter those lanes @Tesla_AI please take a look at this, it can’t be that hard..

Since I actually have a minute to play with my home #robots, used #Gemini to generate the positions I needed to pick up this block and drop it using the top camera and a whole lot of system instructions. I want to do a *lot* of cleanup on this, but aiming to get it written up

I think that looks as expected. 4.5 years old Model Y 62k miles with 92% charge at home, rest superchargers (roadtrips).

Model Y roadtrip with over 800 miles, 98% done with FSD. FSD helped a lot with fatigue, and I was mostly charged with powernaps, twice to 90-95%. Only one forced disengagement when on construction lane shifts car tired to drive to shoulder. Speed keeping was not great, constantly needed to tap accelerator pedal to keep the speed constant, sometimes after passing fast semitruck car was slowing down few mph and track was getting too close to back. Total charging stops 6 (last one to top off in NJ because Manhattan does not have superchargers). Charge cost 97$ and left home with 100%. If I would take my other ICE SUV, it would be 15% more.
