My parents started managing my diabetes in 1993 (pre-short acting insulin and insulin pumps). We heard a lot of nonsense about what I would be able to accomplish as a child with diabetes. Yesterday, I graduated from @EmoryMedicine as Dr. Dylan Martini. They never had a doubt.

Out of the 160 million votes cast in November, David Perdue was just 14,000 votes away from avoiding a runoff, which would’ve meant a Republican Senate, which would’ve meant at least a trillion dollars less in relief for people who are really struggling.
