My question is actually more about workflow/style for how folks get the numbers for the flowchart. Do you save a new df at each step? Write over a single df?

@nealhaddaway @BrunaLab @mlrethlefsen @DelwenFranzen Indeed, however their download and query limits may be restrictive (we found our license download limit is less that the number of records we need...), but query your search term, diff for the new records, download just the new records.
