Facility deliveries increased overall, though they fluctuated during outbreak periods. Discussions highlighted that trust, effective communication, and community engagement were central to sustaining service delivery and ensuring compliance with public health measures. Building trust through local leadership, transparency, and timely response to misinformation emerged as critical for future emergency preparedness. Participants underscored the importance of investing in resilient health systems and nurturing trusted community relationships to sustain essential health services during public health crises.
