Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.

last Friday I deployed a Facebook ads agent for a startup and over the weekend it optimized itself from $17 phone number leads into $3 leads this is the real GTM engineering agents in the wild and I made a Notion document and a .md skill file so you can do this exact thing too it includes: 1. How to make on brand ads with nano banana 2 2. How to upload these to facebook ads via the API 3. Have an agent manage the ad account based on live data from the account via data pipeline + data warehouse Outcomes we deployed an AI agent for a startup last Friday to manage their facebook ads account day 1: the cost per phone number lead was $17 over the weekend this agent made and published 30 new pieces of ad creative, optimized the ad account, and reduced the cost per action Day 4: the cost per phone number lead was $3 this is a virtual employee that's working full time. like this post and comment "FBmanager" and I'll send you the Notion file and MD file

I like the results I've gotten from claude.ai/design but it feels like they're running it on a Mac mini that plugged into the side of their neighbor's house - just non-stop network errors. load failed retry network error retry network error retry

I like Chris because it doesn't feel like he's just trying to pump up YouTube stats. he's actually using the tools and reporting back. agree with his claude vs codex experience. might try greptile.com but already switched to cmux
Chris Raroque@raroque

I haven't opened Xcode in WEEKS 👀 ive made a ton of changes to my coding workflow and added a few things that help me move 5x faster made a little video going over everything and ill cover why i still use both claude code AND cursor 😮‍💨

I built a Claude Cowork OS that replaces OpenClaw and runs on autopilot. Manages my business & personal life tasks. I created the whole playbook so you can re-build it tonight. What's inside: • The exact foundation prompt • 3 level orchestration map • Memory template for global context • Routing table for file management • Starter workstations (finance, content, community, habits) • Project file structure • Single prompt that builds the entire folder tree Follow + Comment 'OS' and follow. I'll DM it to you.

@om_patel5 Dude, I've been hearing this story as well. I don't know how to quickly verify the claims, but... It's 2026, so I just believe everything I see.

the key to making a 100k+ MRR app is apparently a 50 PAGE onboarding flow and a paywall before the user even sees the app this ALARM app has the longest onboarding i've ever seen and is somehow printing money not sure why anyone is buying an app like this with thousands of competitors and plenty of free alternatives, but people still do and this guy makes bank every screen is designed to make you feel like you NEED this app before you've even used it and then right at the end when you're fully invested they hit you with the subscription the crazy part is it works. this is what high converting onboarding actually looks like manipulative? maybe. effective? absolutely

THIS GUY BUILT A PHYSICAL DEVICE THAT SITS ON YOUR DESK AND SHOWS YOUR CLAUDE CODE USAGE LIMITS IN REAL TIME it's called clawdmeter. it runs on a $32 waveshare ESP32 dev board with a 480x480 AMOLED display instead of checking the claude code UI or guessing how much usage you have left, you can now just glance at your desk at this point anthropic should just mail these to us for free but i also don't need MORE claude usage anxiety AND it's open source on github. this situation says EVERYTHING about the current state of the product the claude code accessory market is booming in real time

I finally cancelled my Clay subscription. (And before the "how do you live" comments start: I’m officially on the Free Plan now. Screenshot attached.) I haven’t stopped using it. I just stopped paying for it. A year ago, this wouldn’t make sense. Now? Claude Code can handle a big chunk of what people were using Clay for. → Lead sourcing → Enrichment → Filtering → Basic workflows All doable without paying for Clay. Which raises a slightly uncomfortable question: How many people are paying for Clay… out of habit? And not necessity. Because if you’re running things yourself… You probably don’t need a paid plan anymore. You can offload way more than you’d expect. Things like: → lead sourcing, enrichment & qualification → personalization of messages → campaign top-ups into your sequencer of choice Which means you’re not burning credits on every step. That said… This doesn’t mean Clay is “dead”. It just means the role is changing. Something that I Slacked Mohamed Chahin about this weekend. So, I recorded a video explaining: → what the tech stack for 2026 looks like → where Clay can be replaced by Claude Code → where Clay cannot be replaced → how to decide if you need to explore the new tools like Claude Code This is exactly how I’m running things right now. If you want in: Comment “STACK” and I’ll send it over.

if Anthropic ever prices you out of the Max plan there's a $0 path you should consider TODAY... Hermes is a great personal assistant but it's an even better coding agent with the right hardware you can run a fully local setup on open-source models and land stupidly close to Anthropic-tier intelligence

cleared ~$245k using a setup like this recently people think scale comes from better creatives it doesn’t it comes from how fast you can produce and test angles this is the system: – one product – multiple static angles generated with ai (like these) – each angle pushed into meta as separate tests – all driving to amazon claude handles hooks + positioning images get created and launched in minutes no designers no long revisions no waiting cycles just launch → read data → double down same structure repeated daily that’s how volume compounds into revenue rt + comment “angles” and i’ll send the full breakdown (follow for dm)

@drawersformac like the idea, tried it and it didn't go as smoothly as I hoped (are websites all tied to default browser? vs code didn't seem to come up). but apple seems to have left desktops and stage manager half baked. will probably revisit this.

This video is 100% AI these “yapping” style UGC ads are insanely fast to make and even faster to scale one script → dozens of variations same product, different faces, tones, settings you can sell anything: - saas - ecom - supplements - digital products rt + comment “yapper” and i’ll send the guide (follow for dm)
