@CAL_FIRE We need air resources to the upper part Palisades Highlands. Our homes around Palisades Circle can be saved. Winds are laying down. Please help!

@Cooper1328263 @LauriePerez There has not been fire support since n the highlands for a day now. They are letting the whole thing burn. They could have saved a ton of homes up there throughout the day but the plan is to let it all burn down as nature sees fit.

@CardioNP Got some friends on the street. I think will be OK till morning, and then hopefully more resources can be allocated back to Highlands, which still needs them!

@Cooper1328263 Seems like they drew a fire perimeter circle around the Highlands and left for Rustic Canyon and points beyond. Only structure defense in the highlands right now is residents that demanded entry and brought their own water or gas powered pool pumps.

@AndrewHires I’m a Highlands resident. Do you have any ansawer why we don’t have air and ground resources? How to we get them to come back now that the winds are dying down? We can save many homes.
