Any approved "online search engine," AI chatbots included, would get five years of access. The things people only ever type when they think no one is watching. All of it now scheduled to flow daily into an open-ended list of third parties scattered across the European Union. Brussels promises "anonymisation." The reality is a thin technical veneer that has been broken in academic literature again and again for over a decade. Search behaviour is a fingerprint. Stripping a name does not change that. Mass data leaks become inevitable. Every new beneficiary is a new attack surface, and every annual audit is a year of silent exposure between checks. The 2025 Discord vendor breach already showed how fast 70,000 government IDs can leak through a single weak link. Now imagine that link holding Europe's search history. Surveillance without consent becomes the default. Hundreds of millions of EU citizens never agreed to have their queries packaged and shipped to companies they have never heard of. The legal fiction of "anonymisation" cannot manufacture consent that was never given. Behavioural search data is a goldmine for phishing, blackmail, social engineering, and corporate espionage. Foreign intelligence services get a back door without effort. They do not need to breach Google. They only need to compromise the weakest name on the beneficiary list. One insolvent startup. One compromised contractor. One approved entity quietly acquired by a hostile state. In the name of "competition," the EU is about to manufacture a permanent, distributed, daily-refreshed copy of Europe's collective search history. A surveillance dataset Brussels itself would never approve if any other government tried to build it. The public consultation closes Friday, May 1, 2026 at 23:59 CEST. I understand the insistence of many Malians and other Africans in believing what happened there was the result of an international plot in terms of "cognitive dissonance." Things are so bad that it's painful to recognize that the real problems are entirely home-grown. It's easier to blame others.

Propos recueillis auprès de Mariko lui-même. - Premièrement, Oumar Mariko qui est exilé, donc recherché et interdit de territoire, a traversé tout le Mali, images à l'appui, sans rencontrer la moindre autorité du pouvoir de Bamako. En revanche il a plusieurs fois rencontré des points de contrôle du JNIM. Il a 67 ans, c'est pas un commando. Peut-on traverser un pays en guerre comme une passoire ? Qui controle le pays ? - Ensuite, il a rencontré le JNIM et vu les otages militaires maliens qu'ils détiennent dans des conditions effroyables. Le JNIM lui confirme que ces otages n'ont jamais fait l'objet de négociations par Bamako, contrairement aux otages émiratis qui ont l'objet de toutes les attentions de la junte. Les soldats maliens lui auraient également témoigné ce sentiment d'abandon. - il faut noter qu'après cette rencontre de Mariko où il a fait libérer 4 otages, les autorités maliennes ont commencé une campagne pour accuser le docteur Mariko de complicité avec les djihadistes et de le menacer de mandat d'arrêt international alors que c'est le même Oumar Mariko qui avait négocié en 2012 la libération de certains officiers maliens aux mains des djihadistes, dont Assimi Goïta et Sadio Camara. C'était une bonne action apparemment à l'époque. - enfin, fait notable, les djihadistes confirment à Mariko que l'armée malienne n'a jamais fait de prisonniers djihadistes au combat. Ceux qu'ils détiennent ont été arrêtés par Barkhane. Tous les autres arrêtés depuis le départ des français sont des civils pris dans les rues et domiciles des quartiers et villages au motif apparent qu'ils sont peuls. Sinon, zéro djihadistes pris en action, surpris dans une patrouille, ou trouvé avec des armes. Rien. Ce sont des déclarations extrêmement graves.

In all of this, what gladen's my heart is malians takin matters into their hands by attacking terrorists amongst them unlike Nigeria. Mali is super large, way way bigger than Nigeria with just 40k military personnel yet they are doing well regardless of the coordinated attacks

Certains Africains estiment que le problème dans l’AES se limite à des hommes qui ont des coui*lles et qui disent non aux Occidentaux. Aucun Occidental n’est tué ou ne tue dans ce conflit. Il y a des Africains qui tuent d’autres Africains. Les seuls Occidentaux aujourd’hui impliqués dans ce conflit, ce sont justement des mercenaires que ceux qui ont des coui*lles de dire non à l’Occident ont fait venir pour les aider à combattre leurs populations. Ce qui est inédit aujourd’hui, est que l’État fasse recours à des mercenaires étrangers pour combattre sa propre population. Que vous les nommez terroristes, pour mieux justifier le massacre ne changera pas la réalité: se sont des africains. Cela ressemble plus à des conquérants qui paient des mercenaires étrangers pour maintenir l’unité de la colonie. Maintenant, on peut utiliser la rhétorique qui consiste à dire que c’est pour le bien de la nation, pour la sauvegarde du territoire national, la sauvegarde de la liberté. Mais pour qui ? Apparemment pas pour ces maliens, Burkinabe, etc… qui cherchent leur indépendance, ou ceux qui veulent autre chose que personne ne cherche à identifier avec précision.
