The geometry of a grand bargain, in which oil access for China is traded against rare earth supply security for the United States, with Hormuz reopened and Kharg Island accessed through negotiation rather than seizure, runs directly through Islamabad. Not because Pakistan chose this role. Because Pakistan is the only node connected to all four principals. This is not prediction. It is structural observation. Dar in Beijing tomorrow. April 6 Trump deadline in seven days. Kharg Island fortified but un-raided. Polymarket pricing 68 percent boots by April 30.
