Everyone assumes this picture of Buttigieg is him eating a chicken wing, and that's because he's biting in a way to engage his "rip-the-flesh-from-the-bone" front teeth, so we fill in "chicken wing" to make it make sense. But what he is actually eating is a small piece of a cinnamon roll, and our brains just can't comprehend biting into a small piece of dough that way. It's like an alien took over a human body and is unfamiliar with the subtleties of how it works.

These dresses seem very casual, like they're made to be worn at home or to the beach maybe. The exception is the blue and white printed linen dress, which would be nice if hemmed to knee length and worn with tan or brown block heel sandals (not the flat flip-flops unless, again, one is going to the beach).
I actually looked up the printed dress on Poshmark because I wanted to buy it and hem it, but I could not find a new/unworn one in my size for under $70 or so.

Your maintenance calories are between 1500-1600
If you want to lose fat, you need to create a deficit somehow

@mamasaurusMeg @anymanfitness My total energy expenditure is about 2000-2200 calories per day depending on what I do to workout, so 1200 is way too little for me, but I do think it can be sufficient for petite women who do not workout intensely everyday.

@anymanfitness Yeah. It’s even worse maybe… I am tall, 5’8” and younger than 40, my resting energy is only like 1600 calories a day. I hate eating only 1200, so if I want to be in a deficit I need to work out pretty hard for at least an hour a day.

Someone called out Rebekah Jones for lying about having a PhD, noting that she was dismissed from her PhD program in 2019.
Jones hilariously retorted that she earned her PhD in 2024—the first time that she has ever mentioned this.
Congratulations to Dr. Jones on earning her PhD in 2024! (This didn't happen; she's been lying about having a PhD for six years.)
