I've never seen any evidence that trans-identified men face an enhanced risk of assault in men's loos.
But in case they do, the @EHRC Code says that, wherever practicable, additional mixed sex options should be made available.
Another option is for men to stop hitting other men

The Green Party had a choice of direction last year. Stay with the Waitrose faction, play nice with the Establishment parties and be generally irrelevant. Or be radical party that wants to replace Labour. The party voted decisively, 86% for Zack and the radical path. Membership from the time of the election was around 64,000. It is now around 230,000. People joined for that agenda for real change and hope. My message to the Waitrose faction: thank you for keeping the party going and giving it a base. But you must recognise you are the past, a declining minority in a party whose time has come. If this isn't what you want, the Lib Dems will make a perfect home for you. You can do Guardian centrism there, not upset anyone and still be be pals with your Labour mates. The rest of us, we carry on with the fight as that what's it will be. Establishment parties and media have shown how much they want to crush us, not just beat us in elections but shred us. The opportunity to transform politics is there and we have to fight for it. This is a time for fighters not appeasers. Join our fight but at least don't sabotage us or take your business elsewhere. Don't get in the way of where we're going, you know that will only end one way. In a party as democratic as ours the majority always win, not elites or cliques.

Follow the logic. Women are deluded and naive for thinking predatory and violent men can be kept out of women-only spaces. ‘They can rape you anywhere.’ However, trans-identified men can only be safe in women-only spaces, because no abuser would ever follow them in there.

The new EHRC guidance on how to ensure equal rights of all to access basic services falls short of being inclusive or workable in the real world - I will continue to work with other MPs who recognise this to navigate how we change that.
Given how toxic discussion of trans rights has become am not going to respond to comments here because doubt will help anyone.
