@thetrainline I had a booking through you on @tps from Glasgow to Manchester today at 17:10. Was advised not to travel by them so got a bus. The train still ran but @TPEassist said I could claim a refund...but your website won't let me.

@johnlewishelp currently experiencing the worst call centre customer care ever. You have sent another customers' invoice in my parcel(Data breach!).I need to return the item, but have no invoice for my item. Told to just return it with no invoice. can't help me can't transfer me!
