@AvantiWestCoast my tickets appear to have been duplicated and I have been charged twice, same ref number, same seats, but two payments from my bank. Booked 14/1 to travel 28/3. can you help?

@mandy1314 As you were advised not to travel by TPE, I've refunded your return trip in full.

@thetrainline I had a booking through you on @tps from Glasgow to Manchester today at 17:10. Was advised not to travel by them so got a bus. The train still ran but @TPEassist said I could claim a refund...but your website won't let me.
