Finally managed to get an @o2 railcard after several days of trying, my advice is to just use a PC, as the phone app is just broken to be honest.
Just glad I can stop trying now.
We’ve had a number of supporters get in touch about today’s members ticket registration & the problems they faced. We’ve flagged this with the club & they’ve been working to fix the problem & identify what went wrong. They’ve recognised the frustrations this has caused supporters
Love that my dad's Carabao cup final ticket download email has arrived but mine hasn't but both ordered in the same transaction.
All season I have had issues with club emails. They send to my dad but not me. Absolute nightmare.
