@JBLaudio I purchased JBL Tune 510BT wireless on-ear bluetooth headphones in Sept’23, stopped working & your support agreed to replace but asked me to bear the shipping cost. Shipping cost being 50% of cost, why I being consumer should bear it even in case of device malfunction??

@WestJet @CTA_gc Our Calgary flight ws4209 on 1st September was cancelled & we were booked on ws653 on 2nd September causing our trip to delay for 14hours. Staff was not courteous at the airport & we were informed about the cancellation at the airport. Please address the issue.
