@FlySWISS I’ve emailed through a claim 8 days ago to no reply. I’ve tried calling and no one is able to help with the claim over the phone? I was delayed two days in Heathrow. The other passengers have received their compensation but I can’t get a reply. #pleaseassist

1h delay to get on the plane
3h sitting on the plane but not moving
1h to get off the plane
1h waiting for the luggage that never came back bc #heathrow workers are done for the day
9h in this airport and right back where I started, minus one suitcase
