It has come to notice that a person named Jimi James, through MediaOne channel, has publicly insulted the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India by using the derogatory Malayalam term "ചാണക തലയൻ" (translated: "cow-dung head"). While I fully support media freedom and the right to criticize, such freedom cannot be a cover for personal insults and derogatory remarks against a democratically elected Prime Minister. The Prime Minister holds a constitutional office and represents the dignity of our nation. Using such offensive language on a public news platform sets a wrong precedent. There must be clear regulations to prevent blatant personal abuse of constitutional authorities under the guise of press freedom. I request the Ministry to: Take cognizance of this incident broadcast by MediaOne. Initiate appropriate inquiry/action as per the Programme Code under Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994. Ensure that news channels maintain decency and decorum when referring to constitutional functionaries. Expecting necessary action from the Ministry to uphold the dignity of public discourse. This image is a response to those who ask what difference it would make if the BJP comes to power in Keralam. The photograph was taken late at night, at 11:35 PM. What you see in it is the BJP Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram, @VVRAJESH_BJP , along with his team. And what are they doing? They are cleaning a canal right in the heart of the city one that has long been clogged with waste and neglect. This is not a symbolic act. This is preparation. With the monsoon expected to arrive after the 20th of next month, this is exactly the time when preventive action matters most. For years, under previous administrations led by the Communists, such cleaning drives would begin only after the rains had already started. By then, the damage would be done waterlogging would flood the streets, and citizens would be left to deal with the consequences. But here, you see a different approach. A mindset that anticipates problems before they arise. A leadership that acts early, decisively, and responsibly. This willingness to act ahead of time, to take ownership, and to work on the ground this is what sets the BJP apart from other political parties.

Sad day for Indian democracy. Once again, Congress has betrayed the women of this country, like in the past, by their opposition to the Women’s Reservation Bill. History will record this. And the women of India surely will make the Congress pay for this sin.

കിറ്റെക്സ്മായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നടത്തിയ “തുപ്പൽ കോളാമ്പി”പരാമർശത്തിൽ ഏറ്റുമാനൂർ NDA സ്ഥാനാർഥി ആരതി നായർ എയറിൽ നിൽക്കുകയാണല്ലോ..പക്ഷെ ആരതി പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യത്തിൽ വസ്തുതയുണ്ട്,കിറ്റക്സിൽ Inspection Raj ന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ഏകദേശം 11 ഓളം റെയ്ഡുകൾ നടന്ന സമയത്ത് ഉയർന്ന് വന്ന ആരോപണങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായിരുന്നു ഈ തുപ്പൽ കോളാമ്പി പരാമർശം. 1948 ലെ factories act പ്രകാരം സെക്ഷൻ 18 പ്രകാരം കുടിവെള്ളം നൽകണം എന്ന് മാത്രമേ പറയുന്നുള്ളൂ. എന്നാൽ തണുത്ത വെള്ളം നൽകാൻ ഇലക്ട്രിക് കൂളറുകൾ ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന അക്കാലത്ത്, ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ (Rules) വെള്ളം തണുപ്പിക്കാൻ മൺപാത്രങ്ങൾ (Earthen pots) കൂജ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം എന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു. കാലം മാറിയിട്ടും ചട്ടപുസ്തകങ്ങളിൽ ഈ വാക്കുകൾ മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ തുടർന്നു. തുപ്പൽ കോളാമ്പി (Spittoons): സെക്ഷൻ 20 പ്രകാരം തുപ്പൽ കോളാമ്പികൾ നിർബന്ധമാണ്. പൊതുയിടങ്ങളിലും ജോലിസ്ഥലത്തും മുറുക്കി തുപ്പുന്നത് മൂലമുള്ള രോഗവ്യാപനം തടയാനായിരുന്നു അന്ന് ഇത് കൊണ്ടുവന്നത്. 2021-ലെ കിറ്റക്സ് വിവാദം കേരളത്തിലെ വ്യവസായ നിയമങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വലിയൊരു പുനർചിന്തയ്ക്ക് വഴിവെച്ചു. ഇതിനെത്തുടർന്ന് സർക്കാർ ഇത്തരം കോളോണിയൽ നിയമങ്ങളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തി...ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ നിയമസഭയിൽ പി രാജീവ്‌ നടത്തിയ പരാമർശം ചുവടെ 👇
