Today’s run was a test to see how close I am to my marathon pacing strategy! Due to the high elevation on this route, I decided to kick off with a faster pace on the descent, knowing the kind of ascents that were awaiting me! Safe to say everything went well and I’m pleased with the result! @reload_ke @Reloadisotonic mnipee kazi 😅 I don’t think there is anyone who markets you as much as I do! Call Ray 😂

I imagine that slave traders in need of food supplies, a place to freshen up & so on, would have found partners amongst some of you in the name of “let them eat”. It’s sad when that is the only justification you can come up with, especially when referring to millionaires and cultural shapers! It signifies a deep sense of greed or hunger, but from observation, I would say it’s mainly greed, the major cancer that is eating & destroying Kenya! Every time there is a political discourse, some of you are quick to remind us that we should shut up because we are the ones who voted for the government we have! It is as if we were with you in the voting booth! These conversations are supposed to be continuous, so that we can hopefully learn something from them, and do better when voting day comes around!

Deep down, I want to dive deep into running & train like an elite just to see how fast I can run! Thank you so much Patrick for capturing this! It’s the first time I have a video of myself running, from which I can study & interrogate my running form!
