🇵🇰🇹🇷🇸🇦🇶🇦 4 major Islamic powers are quietly building something that looks a lot like NATO. Pakistan, Türkiye, Saudi, and Qatar are expanding defense coordination at a speed that Washington hasn't fully processed yet. Here's what each brings to the table: -Pakistan: nuclear weapons and one of the world's largest standing armies. -Türkiye: Bayraktar drones, advanced missiles, and 80% domestic military production. -Saudi and Qatar: the oil and gas money to fund weapons programs, bases, and everything in between. Why does this matter? The Iran war exposed something that couldn't be ignored anymore. Regional powers watched how U.S.-dependent security arrangements performed under pressure, and a lot of them didn't like what they saw. The response is this: a potential military bloc that answers to no one in Washington, with the firepower and funding to back it up. A NATO-style Islamic military alliance changes the balance of power in the Middle East fundamentally. Source: DiplomaticEdit

🇺🇸🇯🇴 The U.S. is quietly moving chess pieces into Jordan while everyone wonders when the ceasefire will end. C-130 variants and multiple C-17A heavy transport aircraft have been spotted repositioning to Aqaba Airport. At the same time, U.S. Navy P-8A surveillance coverage dropped from 3-4 aircraft to one. Here's what that tells you: C-17s and C-130s are not strike aircraft. They carry troops, equipment, and supplies at scale and at speed. You don't mass heavy airlift in a forward position because the situation is calming down. The P-8A reduction is the other signal. Fewer surveillance flights either means less to watch, or the watching is now being done differently and closer. Jordan sits between Israel, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Syria. Aqaba specifically gives them rapid access to the Red Sea corridor and the broader region. The U.S. military doesn't park this kind of capacity in Jordan for optics. Something is being prepared, pre-positioned, or kept on very short notice to move. Whether that's an evacuation contingency, a rapid reinforcement option, or the early logistics footprint of something larger, nobody outside the Pentagon knows yet. But the hardware doesn't lie. Indian Navy is now the most successful among the three services in domestic manufacturing. It has transformed from a “Buyer’s Navy” to a “Builder’s Navy,” inducting a new indigenous warship or submarine nearly every 40 days.

In Tamil Nadu, the BJP being in power at the centre has been used by essentially all the parties to demonize them. The DMK made "attack Modi" as their only plank. EdappadiDMK (that is the correct name) would have done the same thing if the Congress had switched over to them. In Tamil, we call this பூச்சாண்டி காட்டுதல் - like my grandmother would tell me as a kid "that tree next to the pond has a ghost that will catch you, so don't go near it" to keep me away from swimming in the pond! Modi is their favorite பூச்சாண்டி. So when someone parrots the line "we want to keep the BJP out of Tamil Nadu", they are saying "we don't want competition for our cozy duopoly", not some deep principle. The BJP has been in alliance in AP and Pondicherry and those states are doing fine, they are making excellent progress. Yet TN is supposedly "different". The "difference" was the BJP getting into alliance with these same parties (EDMK or DMK) that want to openly or secretly suppress them in TN. What is the way ahead? Find good youthful passionate leadership that are willing to fight the good fight long term. Focus on building up the party from the grassroots. Ignore all the பூச்சாண்டி business. Do not align with anyone who claims "TN is different". TN is Bharat. We have to fight this subterranean separatism. Annamalai was making progress but he needed a lot more time. He was creating a genuine political movement, he invited youth to be active in politics and he had massive engagement. I would have volunteered for this assignment too (I love building up from zero!) but I am neck deep in tech and Bharat needs deep tech. So not in this life time. To be very clear, I will state my political views (my right to free speech) but I will not be in active politics. I hope all our educated citizens do engage in this political debate and express their opinions, but let us all do it RESPECTFULLY.

Some countries put all watermelons and wannabe activists in concentration camps. Vacate entire villages in weeks with little recourse, except leaving one house alone to do propaganda of their "democracy." Hack and steal tech from Japan, France, and foreign countries on an industrial scale. And print money to build what's stolen on the forcefully vacated land. With any extra printed money, fund propaganda to brainwash more weak brained watermelons around the world for their war. Then keep them as their mental slave army to fight their own countries and governments in the name of environment, this right, that caste to keep them underdeveloped. And later, in true communist signature, make them ask such questions too, on development, to further fuel anti-govt sentiment and destabilize a democracy.

@Iyervval @narendramodi @HardeepSPuri So avg consumers did not see a single Rupee benefit when crude oil prices were low or during the whole buying "cheap" russian oil phase. But will now have to bear market costs the moment the price rises. Modinomics is truly great.

My sincere request to @narendramodi and @HardeepSPuri - PLEASE start raising the cost of fuel. The current situation of absorbing cost is untenable given the following • the current calibrated allocation of fuel and gas, means the market is not deciding where allocation goes. Ergo the profitability of producers and refiners gets affected • current prices make it impossible to explore the possibility of acquiring fuel from new sources - the economics don’t work out. It was fine in the short term, but given how long the blockade is stretching out, these prices are impossible to sustain. Moreover supplying countries will also find greener pastures willing to pay higher prices. • the massive growth of fuel processing and distribution infrastructure since 2014 (doubling of import terminal, piping, customers, distributors, even sources) demands a return to market economics, else it becomes unsustainable. • literally every other major economy without exception have increased prices and not allowed the government to absorb the shock. Prices have gone up in other countries by around 100 ₹ per litre and diesel is selling in some at 225 ₹ per litre while petrol in Hong Kong is selling at 295 ₹ per litre. • indian manufacturers have had enough time to factor in the additional costs since the outbreak of the conflict • our refineries running at peak capacity is not good for the machinery and all of them running at peak capacity at the same time, increases the risk of failure and put us in an extremely vulnerable strategic situation • artificially low pricing is hampering a market driven movement to renewable alternatives. Like we studied in 6th standard CBSE civics, price ceilings have disastrous long term consequences despite being necessary in the short term as a shock absorber. The gulf blockade is the new normal - the economics of fuel has shifted, the prices need to reflect that new reality. Else the current situation will not just have a cascading effect on refiners and distributors but also on the entire economic situation replete with infrastructure failure and shortages. Please consider this a humble request, in the interests of fiscal prudence. I realise I’m asking for a lot from you - this being an obviously unpopular move. I am begging you, just as you absorbed the prices initially, please absorb the short term unpopularity so that we maintain medium to long term economic viability.
