Differentiation of SMR phenotypes (aSMR vs vSMR) and their subentities might facilitate our understanding of treatment response to medial and interventional SMR treatment 3. - We first reported the overall results of COAPT PAS: Significant and durable MR reduction along with marked improvement in KCCQ and NYHA at 1 yr. - Key comparisons with individual pt data from COAPT trial and published data from MITRA-FR trial are presented.
