UPDATE: After a week of phone calls, DMs, and emails I finally was able to log into FIFA website and my tickets were waiting for me. I had to blow up FIFA as well as I think they were blocking the stubhub generated ticketoperations.com emails from creating accounts. From what I can see this was a FIFA issue more than stubhub issue even though stubhub was possibility violating FIFAs terms of service and being sneaky.

You are missing a very important element. Now add assets/liabilities to your scenarios. MSTR has ~$22B in debt backed by ~$50B in BTC. If BTC drops to about $30k, shareholders are upside down on the collateral vs debt and death spiral ensues straight to $0 for MSTR common and all their preferred vehicles. The market wont let it get near $30k BTC before consequences of this possibility show it self because by then it'll be too late. Better hope and pray BTC goes up or else its over. MSTR common stock will be the signal as it goes to $0 before the preferred.

Update #2: Immediately after my last post I received a phone call from a gentleman named Floyd from StubHub..he said they were taking care of the situation and would be sending me a replacement 4 tickets in an upgraded section. I was supposed to get those tickets emailed, which have yet to arrive. I also received a second phone call from another gentleman, Nick from StubHub. He let me know they were working on getting the tickets sent to me from the seller and that I should expect them soon. To be 100% transparent as of this minute I still do not have the tickets sent, but it appears headed that way and Nick was more than helpful and kind. I believe he'll get the 4 ticket replacements over to me as soon as the seller sends them. It was a lot of posting to get to this point, but for me thankfully it appears headed in a positive direction. Thanks to Floyd and Nick for reaching out to me today. We appear to be half way home in my request for replacement tickets, I'll give a final update if and when the tickets are received. Thanks again to the X posters for amplifying my reach. Without this original post and X users amplifying my message I don't think this would have gone as well. Appreciate you guys/gals!

Hi @TeamStubHub. My order 629340404 was canceled by the seller for Brazil vs. Haiti - World Cup. Your phone support is forcing a refund, which violates your FanProtect Guarantee. The policy explicitly promises "comparable or better tickets" if an issue arises. There are currently active listings available on your site right now in the Category 3 seating areas. I do not authorize a refund. Please escalate this to a supervisor who can authorize a marketplace fulfillment transfer immediately so I can attend the event.

Credit where due: @TeamStubHub came through with tickets. Shouldn’t have to take a full day of phone calls by multiple family members, emails to every corporate exec found on the internet, and 2 million views on here to uphold the basic Fan Protect Guarantee, but thank you.

Six months ago I bought my son 3 tickets for Christmas to the World Cup France v. Senegal game on @StubHub. We have made all our plans to attend the game and spent a fortune. Now @StubHub tells me the seller doesn’t have the tickets and they will only give me a refund.

When you try to create an account using the proxy email stubhub generated, FIFAs ticket website says "access restricted". Any other email domain works fine to create an account. At first FIFA responded to me and now wont answer why my proxy email says "access restricted." They send me copy and paste auto response only now. #ticketscandal2026

I cant even create an account with the stubhub generated email. It says "access restricted". I tried creating one with my personal email and it was fine. Seems like FIFA might be blocking stubhubs @ ticketoperations.com domain for reselling Fifa tickets and hopefully Im not in the middle.

@maple_turtle @StubHub Stubhub had told me to login to fifa with the email I used for purchase. Fifa said they had transferred. No tickets in fifa. I think stubhub is inadvertently telling people to use their own email, while telling sellers to transfer to stubhub generated email.

@maple_turtle @StubHub had the exact same issue and stubhub resolved it. Call and make sure they open a support ticket. Call and ask for status of ticket. In my case, stubhub had created a unique email for the transfer. They gave me the email on the third call and helped me until I confirmed i had them
