Claude Code on desktop now has an in-app browser. Claude can pull up docs, designs, or any other site. It can read, click through, and interact the same way it does with your local dev servers. It's sandboxed and configurable: you choose whether sessions persist.

Anthropic really needs to work on model efficiency. While their models are still arguably the best for now, they're getting absolutely eclipsed on token efficiency and speed by other labs

I think the API/DX matters more though, if the API is easy to work with anyone can build their own features on top

Every app eventually needs an image viewer. Somehow, most of them still feel janky on the web. I’ve been working on a composable Lightbox primitive - @base_ui / @radix_ui / @shadcn style API, native-feeling transitions, touch gestures, pinch-to-zoom, keyboard support, and all the little details that make it feel real. Is this something you’d reach for?

@freekmurze Been running it since it was released without any issues so far. PHP & Orbstack work well. Memory usage seems to be slightly higher for me but performance has been good 👍

Using a lot day-to-day: - PHP - Orbstack - Conductor - Ableton - Dropbox Would be willing to take the plunge of these work 😅

Seriously, I don't understand why anyone would choose Next or any one of those JS frameworks with complex architectures running on Vercel/Cloudflare Workers. It's just insanity to me compared to Laravel's simplicity. Drop it on a VPS and ship 🚢
