You reduce crime by eliminating poverty. The reason so called nice neighborhoods have lower crime rates is because people’s basic needs are being met. It is not because of police, alarm systems, or neighborhood associations. Poverty creates crime.

Carnudinhas assim são excelentes namoradas. Essa aqui é minha segunda noiva todinha. Geralmente são carinhosas e divertidas, não são sequeladas com dieta(ajuda a não encherem o saco), treinam fofinho, tem medo de ficarem "muito musculosas" e só isso já filtra a narcisista(não vou elaborar).
