Cybertruck is so awesome. Until you’ve tried it out, you have no idea, because there’s nothing like it. Best product Tesla has ever made to date.
Cybertruck@cybertruck

Cybertruck is extremely comfortable on long trips especially thanks to: – Minimal body roll – Comfort Mode on FSD (gentler acceleration & braking, softer damping, smoother handling) – Air suspension + self-leveling keeping the truck flat even with load

@H0H0v The right side will tilt up. The buoyancy force on the left is transferred out of the scale and to the external ground. The buoyancy force on the right is transferred to the scale at pulls it upward. The weight of the water is equal.

Cutting through the $MSTY FUD: I ran a performance comparison between $MSTY vs $MSTR (with synthetic dividends to match MSTY's) using the actual price and dividend data for entire MSTY history. Starting with $100,000 in each case: MSTY paid out total dividends of $174,500 with ending equity of $90,775. (total end value $265,274) MSTR ran out of shares to support the matching synthetic dividends on month 8! It was only able to pay out total dividends of $148,700 with ending equity of $0 and no dividend income for the last 4 months. (total end value $148,700) MSTR just held for the same time period had ending equity of $238,462. Clearly, MSTY has outperformed MSTR since inception. All of this data is included in the spreadsheet below with full details and actual price data. Nothing is estimated. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…

Created this on Grok3. Wanted to see if it would handle something politically incorrect and edgy. After several prompt iterations it knocked it out of the ballpark!

Elon Musk (with Optimus) is building what Henry Thoreau predicted 175 years ago: "The mass of men serve the state thus, not as men mainly, but as machines, with their bodies. They are the standing army, and the militia, jailers, constables, etc. In most cases there is no free exercise whatever of the judgment or of the moral sense; but they put themselves on a level with wood and earth and stones; and wooden men can perhaps be manufactured that will serve the purpose as well." - Henry David Thoreau

@ufouapam @NewsNation @jakebarber2025 @rosscoulthart Physical illness from the second pickup is curious. Appears as radiation exposure. Gravitic propulsion is theorized to produce blue shifting of all electromagnetic radiation near the source. This would produce physical damage he described.

My Tesla model Y had started moving before the red light turns green (at a 4 way stop light). It anticipated the light change. I’m guessing that it could see the cross light turn yellow and does what a human does? I’ve noticed it twice. Anyone else see this

@FranWalsh73 All true but left out major part of analysis- the alternative of having to rent without home ownership. This cost (of rent) far exceeds the loss of $75k so they are still better off owning.

Think your home is your best investment? A $400,000 home sold for $1,000,000 after 30 years sounds like a win—until you realize the owners actually lost money. Here’s why your house might be one of the worst "investments" you’ll ever make ↓

@dotkrueger There are quantum resistant algorithms and new ones will be created. These will be introduced through BIPs before the qbits reach the critical mass and threaten the system.

So you have a quantum computer with 1 million physical qbits. Can you break Bitcoin? 1. There is a difficulty adjustment every 2,000 blocks. So even if you mined 99% of them in say an hour, the difficulty adjustment would kick in and slow you down to a screeching halt. The next 2,000 blocks would take you the same 2 weeks as it does today. 2. You think you can break ECDSA using shores algo? You need the public key. Which you can only get for an address that has a spent transaction but not for one with only an unspent UTXO. There is no algo for breaking an address that has never spent any Bitcoin. This is part of why Satoshi said never re-use addresses.

In Florida, the statutory laws concerning breaking a lease to sell a property are primarily governed by Chapter 83 of the Florida Statutes, specifically under Part II, which deals with landlord and tenant relationships. Here's a summary based on the information from the web references provided: 1. **Lease Termination for Sale of Property:** - **No Automatic Right to Break Lease:** There is no specific statute in Florida that allows a landlord to unilaterally break a lease to sell the property. Once a lease is signed, both the landlord and tenant are generally bound by its terms until expiration or termination as outlined in the lease agreement. 2. **Lease Expiration:** - If a property is sold, the lease typically continues with the new owner until its expiration. The new owner must honor the existing lease terms unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement itself. 3. **Early Termination Clauses:** - **Liquidated Damages:** Florida law (Fla. Stat. Ann. § 83.595) provides for the inclusion of a liquidated damages clause in the lease. This clause can allow for early termination, but it must specify that the tenant can break the lease by providing no more than 60 days' notice and paying damages not exceeding two months' rent. This must be agreed upon at the lease signing. - **Sale Clause:** While not required by statute, some leases might include a "sale clause" that allows for termination under specific conditions related to the sale of the property. If such a clause exists, it would dictate the terms under which the lease could be terminated early. 4. **Tenant Rights:** - Even if a property is sold, tenants have the right to remain in the property until the lease term ends unless the lease has provisions allowing for early termination due to sale. Posts on X suggest that tenants have rights to stay until the lease expires unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement. 5. **Landlord Responsibilities:** - **Security Deposits:** Upon sale, all security deposits and advance rents must be transferred to the new owner, along with an accounting of the amounts credited to each tenant (Fla. Stat. § 83.49(7)). 6. **Notice and Procedures:** - If the landlord wishes to end the tenancy for any reason not specified in the lease (like non-payment of rent or lease violation), they must follow Florida's eviction procedures. There is no statutory right for the landlord to evict solely for the purpose of selling the property unless it's part of the lease agreement. 7. **Mitigation of Damages:** - Unlike some states, Florida landlords do not have a statutory obligation to mitigate damages by trying to re-rent the property if a tenant breaks the lease without legal justification. They can choose to wait out the term of the lease or invoke liquidated damages if such a clause exists. In summary, while Florida law doesn't explicitly allow breaking a lease to sell the property, the terms of the lease itself can dictate specific rights and obligations. If a tenant's lease does not include clauses for early termination due to sale, they generally have the right to remain in the property until the lease term ends. Both parties should carefully review the lease agreement for any specific clauses or provisions related to property sale. If disputes arise, consulting with an attorney familiar with Florida landlord-tenant law would be advisable.

@BritishHodl Main benefit is leverage on asset with minimal threat of a margin call. Also huge tax incentives like depreciation (phantom deduction) which can all be found by looking at a schedule E tax form.

With income funds and opportunities evolving with #Bitcoin and it's proxies, can anyone list any single viable benefit of owning investment Real Estate - besides "I like it"? I do not mean your own home, I think everyone should own a home unencumbered. That's where your progeny goes to battle from. Maybe cash-flow, but you can generate 5%-10% net free cash-flow using Options or funds like MSTY with no headaches of management. Maybe stability, but then if you need stability why wouldn't you just go into cash with 30/40% of the portfolio in a high interest account. Or S&P 500. Maybe leverage with fixed interest and borrowing, but then you have MSTR to give you that outsized return and despite that the way #Bitcoin CAGRs, it outpaces any leverage of growth you have on Real Estate. Please shill me one valid reason to own Real Estate?

@WorldNews_X_ Fake. The smoke does not accelerate correctly. It would have kept same velocity as the airmass surrounding the plane and would have accelerated rapidly to the rear of the airplane which is probably traveling at 0.8 mach. I.e. the smoke kept up with the speed of the airplane
