Been using Plasma One for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best crypto neobanks I’ve tried so far.
If anyone wants to check it out and needs an access code, feel free to reach out.

My plan, if you can call it that
A lot of you asked how I stay in shape.
The truth is, I don’t have a fitness plan. I have a life that I actually enjoy living. Here is what a normal day looks like, though it’s never exactly the same.
I wake up whenever I’m done sleeping, usually between 7 and 9 AM. No alarms, no tracking. I spend the first few hours slow: coffee, homemade juice, no other breakfast, maybe churros on some days, news, and my first few cigarettes. By 11 AM, I handle must do stuff, calls and emails.
Around noon, I get outside. I’ll run 10km or just go for a long recovery walk. No fancy tools. I do it without headphones. If you’re always plugged into a something, you aren't actually experiencing where you are. Listen to the wind; if you can’t hear nature where you live, move. Find an ocean.
Afterward, a long lunch with family, mostly red meat, potatoes, often fries (I love fries, everything fried is delicious) salad and fruits, followed by an espresso. If time allows, enjoy a siesta.
The rest of the afternoon is for work, with some calisthenics when I feel tired and more cigarettes.
Dinner is late, home cooked, and usually involves friends and pasta. Normal pasta. With gluten and everything like nona made it. Oh and I forgot I drink like a litre of regular old school coca cola a day lol.
If the mood is right and the company is good, we’re getting shitfaced without regrets. When that happens, the 10km run and the routines go out the window for a day or two.
I’m not a monk. Living is a one time experience. You aren't going to get this time back when you’re 80, old, and tired.
Discipline with the chaos.
TLDR:
> Cook for yourself. It’s a lost art. I eat what I want because I know exactly what went into the pan
> Move every day. Find something you enjoy and do it for 30 minutes outside, no excuses
> Read. I’m trying to get back to 30 minutes of real books a day. It rewires your brain
> Don't over optimize. If you spend your whole life trying to live forever, you’ll forget to actually live today
It’s about the routine and discipline
It’s about knowing when to break it

Simple but work method to charge you up in morning for the rest of the day
Take a shower every morning instead of bath, optimally at the end do it colder as you can without bad consequences
It helps to disperse the lymph in the morning and speed up blood circulation
The benefits are not only for the body but also for your nervous system to recover immediately
In the morning нou don't just go through routine but prepare your brain for the rest of the day
Сold shower causes discomfort - cold temperature optimizes the body - nervous system activates neural connections
Your productive day depends only on you and your morning

@marco_squared I've seen web2 systems and they lack the level of talent on ct

crypto twitter is the most undervalued user acquisition channel in tech right now
terminally online, early adopters, not afraid to try new tools, and they market your product for free if they like it
every AI and tech company competing for users will figure this out eventually
the creators positioning themselves at that intersection are about to get very expensive to book

Free marketing is way easier than paid one for now
Lots of beginner builders are scared of having no marketing budget
But these days native free marketing works better than any paid push
Main problem is not even in right approach but in overhype timing
Users are used to trying product they saw just a few times and got interested in
But most paid marketing campaigns aim for maximum exposure and that kills user interest hard
Our perception works through curiosity not through pressure
Back then mass exposure worked insanely well and RedBull built its brand recognition on that
But now if I see more than 3 posts about one product in my fyp in a day, I instantly label project as "paid sh*t"
No paid KOL can promote product as well as crowd of genuinely interested users who talk about it for free
Now is 2026, not 2000, you can do almost anything with $0, just start it!

every asset class has a catch right now
> banks freeze your account when they feel like it
> DeFi protocols get drained weekly
> property is at peak valuations with governments finding new ways to tax every exit
> gold requires you to physically store metal somewhere
the system is quietly funneling everyone toward two options: index funds or degen
what do you choose?
