Hey @AmazonKindle why does a collection of books into one volume count as only a single book for reading challenges, book counts, etc?

@AmazonHelp What? Kindle bookstore sells, as ex, Lord of the Rings trilogy in a single collection. In reality it is three individual books, so if you purchase the books individually, you get metrics for having read three books, but buy & read the collection it counts only as a single book.

Says the near-trillionaire. There is no detail around the transition to infinite resource/AI/robot powered economy. If nobody works then nobody pays taxes, how do governments pay UBI from zero tax income? What entrepreneur creates something if they won’t get paid?

This is the face of pure, unadulterated evil wrapped in Grammy polish and rainbow virtue-signaling: Grammy-winning Nashville predator Shane McAnally and his husband Michael Baum, two grown men who bought children via surrogacy like designer accessories...then publicly mocked their infant son for crying out for the mother they deliberately erased. Now the follow-up: these same two freaks sit their older surrogate-born kids down at the dinner table and ask them, on camera, which of their “fathers” is hornier. Let that sink in. This isn’t “parenting.” This is textbook emotional incest and grooming, straight out of the clinical pathology manual. In psychology, it’s called parentification and sexual boundary violation...adults forcing minors into adult sexual contexts to normalize their own deviance and feed narcissistic supply. Criminologically, it meets every marker for grooming behavior: desensitizing children to adult libido, testing boundaries, and eroding the parent-child hierarchy until the kids become emotional props for the predators’ egos. These men aren’t confused or “loving”...they’re exhibiting classic traits of paraphilic disorders where children are objectified as extensions of their sexual identity. Surrogacy didn’t give them a family; it gave them disposable, motherless vessels for their pathology. This is child endangerment, emotional abuse, and neglect under Tennessee and federal statutes...clear grounds for immediate CPS intervention, investigation, and removal. Exposing minors to discussions of parental “horniness” on social media isn’t protected speech; it’s exploitation. The state has a compelling interest in protecting these kids from the very adults who commodified their existence and now treat them as props in a public kink performance. No couple...gay, straight, or otherwise...gets a pass on this. Buying babies and then sexualizing them isn’t a “lifestyle choice.” It’s a crime against nature and a crime against children. Get these kids the fuck out of there. Right now. Before the damage metastasizes into generational trauma. This isn’t love. It’s predation with a smile, and the civilized world needs to call it exactly what it is: fucking revolting. 💀⚖️
